Register Your Team Register As Individual
Beaverton Indoor Soccer offers well organized and competitive soccer leagues for all ages and abilities. League play continues throughout the year. Teams play at least eight games during each season which usually run for two months. Game nights for your team will typically be the same each week; however, there are instances when we will be forced to schedule your game on a different day (this will not happen very often). Game times will vary from week to week.
LEAGUE REGISTRATION: Teams are registered on a first-come, first-served basis – with current teams getting first priority. The deposit fee must accompany the registration form. A deposit will be refunded only if a team is not offered a position in the season requested and does not wish to remain on the waiting list for the next available season.
LEAGUE FEE: Regular league fees are $535 per team (women’s league fee is $395). There is a $10 Referee fee per game payable directly to the referee before your game. The balance of the team fee is due before the first game of the season. Teams not playing their balance by the second game will be dropped from the league. There will be a $25 returned check fee.
WAIVER & RELEASE FORM: No individual will be allowed to participate in any league game until a Waiver & Release of Liability form (Player Card Form) has all the necessary information and signatures properly completed. Player Cards are $10 and valid for one year from the same day you register. There will be a $10 replacement fee for lost cards. No individual will be allowed to participate in any league game until a Waiver & Release of Liability form has been verified.
GAME DURATION: All Leagues are 8 games – Each game is 2 x 22-minute halves. There will be a No Show Fee of $20 charged to any team who does not speak directly to a Beaverton Soccer employee more than 48 hrs in advance of the scheduled game.
AGE REQUIREMENTS: Any and all players must be at least sixteen (16) years of age to be eligible to play in any Adult soccer division. Players may be required to provide proof of age.
TEAMS: 5 v 5: four field players & one goalie. Co-ed teams must play two of each gender. Fly-in subbing. As many players as you want, whenever you want.
EQUIPMENT: Indoor soccer shoes or flat shoes are required (no cleats). All players must wear shinguard’s, covered by socks. Teams must be dressed in matching colored shirts. Numbers are suggested, but not required. Teams must have an alternate set of matching shirts in case of a color conflict. The home team must change colors in the event of a conflict. Teams without “referee-approved” matching colored shirts will forfeit the game. There will be no change in shirt colors after the second period has started.
All rules are in compliance with USSF.
Substitutions: Substitutions are unlimited. Permitted after goals, during breaks in play, or during play (player must be at the touchline of his/her team before a substitute can enter).
No slide tackling, chewing gum, spitting or board hopping
All free kicks are direct.
Three Line Rule: At Beaverton Soccer Indoor there is no three line rule which means you can shoot and score from anywhere.
Penalties: 2-minute penalties for misconduct shall be served to the full length of time. A substitute may enter during the penalty. The penalized player may not leave the box until a break in play occurs.
Penalties: 2-minute penalties resulting from fouls must be served for the duration unless that team is scored against. The team will play short during this time. The penalized player may re-enter the field at the expiration of time or after the goal.
The Macho Rule: If the referee feels that any player threatens, intimidates or places in jeopardy another by his or her style of play, a free kick will be awarded (if warranted, a 2-minute penalty may be issued). Be advised that a powerful shot on goal may be just such a situation. The enforcement of this rule is solely at the discretion of the referee.
Two-goal limit per person only in coed games.
SPORTSMANSHIP: Individuals are expected to play under control within the rules of the game, and to the best of their ability, avoid causing injury to themselves and other persons using the facility. Sportsmanship is strictly enforced in all leagues and tournaments. Players and/or teams will be suspended from further participation in league play or tournaments if they receive poor ratings.

We take our player’s conduct very seriously. A series of blue, yellow and red cards are used to keep players under control. Blue and Yellow cards bring with it a 2-minute penalty. After receiving a yellow, another card of any color results in a red.
Each Red Card carries with it a minimum 14-day suspension unless otherwise specified by the referee who issued the card. Each Red Card carries with it an automatic $25 reinstatement fee. Players serving a suspension are not allowed to play in ANY Beaverton Soccer Indoor games until their full suspension is served, even on other teams that are unrelated to the incident. Length of suspension is ultimately determined by Beaverton Soccer Management and is NOT restricted to individual teams or seasons.
